WHEN DID YOU LAST FEEL HAPPIEST?

Just now, waking up from a nap with my cat. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE SOUND?

The sound of cicadas in summer, the rain or the ocean from bed.

 

WHAT IS IT THAT MOST ATTRACTS YOU TO SOMEONE?

It used to be way someone thinks or sees the world. But as I get older, just straight up kindness, warmth and openness. Someone unafraid to really talk and be seen. 

 

WHEN DO YOU MOST FEEL YOUR SENSE OF POWER IN BEING A WOMAN?

When I’m fully in my body and trusting my intuition to lead. 

  

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT AGEING?

Sometimes a little excited, sometimes nervous. I’m interested to see what continues to come up for me in the process. 

 

WHAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE MARKING ON YOUR BODY?

WHAT IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR MENSTRUAL CYCLE?

Deep, deep appreciation. Learning to embrace fluctuating energy over the month instead of ignoring or rejecting it changed everything. 

  

WE GROW AND EVOLVE AS HUMANS, BUT THERE IS USUALLY ONE VIRTUE THAT IS INDIVIDUAL TO US. WHAT IS YOURS?

Empathy and acceptance, the ability to see the beauty and the learning, no matter what.

 

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT YOUR CONNECTION TO EARTH?

Extreme gratitude! The earth has so much to teach us about Rest and stillness, growth and decay. It’s a connection that strengthens and supports me every single day.
