SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

FEMMZE ships worldwide.

All orders will be processed within two business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary based on location. Please allow longer for regional and international orders. If you have an urgent delivery request, please contact hello@femmze.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

All charges noted are in AUD.

 

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

FEMMZE offers two shipping options for all Australian orders. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a street address.

Standard Delivery: Up to 5 days, AUD $10 flat rate
Express Shipping: 1-2 days, AUD $15 flat rate

Free express delivery is available for all orders over AUD $250.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Our International orders are sent with accessible tracking. We are unable to deliver internationally to PO boxes or postal forwarding companies.

Complimentary international shipping is available for all orders over AUD $250. For orders below AUD $250, shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. 

 

DUTIES & TAXES

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. FEMMZE has no control over processing times or duty rates in each country.

Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

If you decide to refuse shipments from FEMMZE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your purchase refund.

 

 

RETURNS

  

We hope you love your FEMMZE as much as we loved creating them.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of the package arriving with you.

A refund will only be issued if the item(s):

  • Has not been worn
  • Has not been washed
  • Tags are still attached

Please try on your FEMMZE with underwear. We can’t accept items otherwise.

 

RETURN PROCESS

Email us at returns@femmze.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return within 14 days of receiving your order.

You will be emailed a return form. Please fill this out and email it back to us.

Package up your items and include the return form in the package. All returns are to be sent to Warehouse 7, Building 2, 161 Manchester Road. Please address to FEMMZE Returns and try to use the packaging your order arrived in to minimise waste.

Once we receive your returned items, they will be inspected to ensure they are fit for return. You will be notified once your return has been approved and the refunded amount has been processed back to you.
